What we do

Services built to grow a business, not just a page count

A website that's properly built is what we deliver today — and it's usually the piece everything else depends on. The services beyond it are the direction we're building in, and each one is clearly marked so you always know what's available right now.

Service 01 · Flagship

Website Development

A website isn't decoration. For most small businesses it's the first real impression a potential customer gets, and it's usually the last thing they look at before deciding whether to call you.

We build modern, fast, mobile-friendly sites that make it obvious what you do, show that you're a business worth trusting, and give visitors a clear next step. Every page is structured with search engines and answer engines in mind from the start, rather than bolted on afterwards.

What this does for your business

A website should be the hardest-working asset in the business — the thing that answers questions, builds trust and turns interest into enquiries while you're out doing the work. That's the difference between a brochure and a growth asset.

  • It looks credible on first glance

Design that signals a professional, established business rather than one that might not answer the phone.

  • It works properly on mobile

Most trade and local searches happen on a phone, often by someone standing in a room deciding who to call.

  • Your services are obvious

A visitor knows within seconds what you do, who it's for and where you work — no guessing required.

  • There's always a clear next step

Enquiry forms, click-to-call and straightforward calls to action placed where the decision actually gets made.

  • There's real proof to lean on

The trust signals that reassure a first-time visitor — clear information, honest presentation, no vague claims.

  • It's built to be found

Clean structure, quick load times and proper technical foundations so search engines can index it properly.

Service 02 · Visibility

Foundational SEO

SEO, stripped of the jargon, is making sure the people already searching for what you offer can actually find you. They're out there every day — the question is whether Google shows them your business or a competitor's.

We put the fundamentals in place properly: the research into what your customers actually search for, the page structure that tells Google what each page is about, the local signals that matter when someone searches from the next town over, and the technical groundwork underneath it all. No tricks, no shortcuts that collapse the moment Google updates.

What this does for your business

Unlike advertising, search visibility doesn't stop the moment you stop paying. Getting the foundations right means the businesses looking for exactly what you do can find you — for months and years, not just while a campaign runs.

  • Keyword and search-intent research

Understanding the words your customers really type — and the intent behind them — rather than guessing.

  • Page titles, headings and meta descriptions

The elements Google reads to understand a page, and the first thing a searcher sees in the results.

  • Google Business Profile and local SEO

Showing up properly in the map pack and local results, where 'near me' searches get decided.

  • Internal linking and site structure

Helping search engines understand which pages matter and how your services relate to each other.

  • Technical and structural fundamentals

Speed, crawlability, mobile behaviour and the groundwork that everything else depends on.

  • Ongoing optimisation

Search isn't static. We keep refining as your market and your competitors change.

Service 03 · Coming soon

Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)

This isn't something we're offering yet. It's detail we keep on the site so you can see where we're heading — talk to us about what we can do today.

People are changing how they look for things. Instead of scrolling a page of links, more of them now ask an AI tool a direct question — 'who does bathroom renovations in Leeds?' — and act on whatever answer comes back.

AEO is about making sure your business information is clear, consistent and structured well enough for those systems to understand, quote and point people towards. In practice that means giving straight answers to the questions customers actually ask, organising your content so it can be picked out and used, and using structured data to make the important details unambiguous.

It's a natural extension of good SEO — not a replacement for it, and not a magic switch. The businesses that do well here are the ones whose information is genuinely clear in the first place.

What this does for your business

Search behaviour is shifting, and the businesses whose information is easy for these systems to read will be the ones they reference. Getting the structure right now is far easier than retrofitting it later.

Person asking a question to an AI chat assistant on a laptop screen
  • Clear, direct answers to common questions

Content written to answer the questions customers genuinely ask, in language they'd use themselves.

  • Content structure that's easy to extract

Headings, lists and short clear passages that a machine can understand and reuse accurately.

  • Structured data and consistent business info

Machine-readable details — services, location, contact — kept consistent everywhere they appear.

  • Useful FAQ and informational content

Pages that answer real questions rather than padding the site out with filler.

  • Topical authority and content relationships

Building a clear picture of what you do across your site, so your expertise is obvious.

  • Question-based, conversational search

Optimising for the way people phrase things when they're talking to an assistant rather than typing keywords.

Ongoing Growth & Optimisation

This isn't something we're offering yet. It's detail we keep on the site so you can see where we're heading — talk to us about what we can do today.

Paid advertisingComing soon

Google Ads and Meta Ads sit inside this service — running campaigns with the same focus on measurable return rather than reach for its own sake. We're not running paid campaigns for clients yet; it's part of where this service is heading.

A website isn't a one-off purchase you tick off and forget. It's an asset that either gets sharper over time or slowly goes stale — and which one happens depends on whether anyone is paying attention to it.

After the foundation is in, we keep working on it: refining what's already performing, fixing what isn't, and building on it as the business, its services and its market change. That's where improvements compound, because small consistent gains add up far faster than one big push followed by nothing.

What this does for your business

Businesses change. Services get added, areas get covered, competitors move. Ongoing work keeps your online presence aligned with what the business is actually doing this quarter — instead of reflecting what it did two years ago.

Team reviewing website performance data and planning improvements
  • Website improvements

Refining pages, structure and messaging based on how visitors actually behave.

  • SEO and AEO improvements

Building on what's working, closing gaps, and keeping up as search and AI tools evolve.

  • Conversion and lead-generation refinement

Looking at where enquiries are won and lost, and making the path to getting in touch smoother.

  • Content strategy

Deciding what's worth publishing — and what isn't — so content earns its place.

  • Digital marketing strategy

Making sure the channels you're investing in are pulling in the same direction.

  • Analytics and performance tracking

Knowing what's genuinely producing enquiries rather than guessing from vanity numbers.

The monthly management

What the £150/month actually covers

This isn't a retainer for its own sake. It's the work that keeps your online presence improving after launch — because a website that nobody touches slowly stops performing.

If you'd rather run the site yourself after launch, that's a perfectly reasonable choice, and we'll tell you honestly whether we think you need it.

Ongoing SEO and Google management

Keeping the foundations healthy and improving them — page titles, structure, internal links and the basics that decide whether Google shows you for what you actually do.

Google Business Profile upkeep

Your profile is often what people see before your website. Keeping it accurate, complete and up to date matters more than most businesses realise.

Website hosting and maintenance

Keeping the site online, secure, updated and loading quickly, so you're not the one who has to notice when something breaks. Included for recurring clients.

Small improvements over time

Refining the pages that are working, fixing the ones that aren't, and adjusting messaging as you learn what customers actually respond to.

Content and AEO refinements

Keeping your information clear and well structured, so both search engines and AI-powered answer tools can read it properly — and so it stays that way as those systems change.

A monthly look at what's happening

Where enquiries are coming from, what's gaining traction and what we'd do next. Plain figures and plain language, not a spreadsheet full of noise.

No complicated packages and no long-term contracts — the monthly work continues for as long as it's earning its place, and you can stop whenever it isn't.

Where we're heading

Everything below is where we're heading as the business develops — none of it is something you can buy from us yet.

How we work

The right work, in the right order

Not every business needs everything at once. Part of the assessment is working out which piece will actually move the needle for you — and being honest when the answer isn't the biggest job on the list.

Book a Free Growth Assessment

Websites come first, usually

Everything else points at the website, so it needs to be able to convert before you send traffic to it. If you already have a solid site, we'll say so and move on to what's actually holding you back.

SEO before AEO

AEO builds on the same clear structure that good SEO depends on. Getting the fundamentals right first means the answer-engine work has something solid to stand on.

Then keep improving

Once the foundation is in place, ongoing optimisation is where the returns compound — small, consistent improvements rather than one-off projects that quietly go stale.

Honest about what isn't needed

If a rebuild isn't the right first move, or a service isn't something we can genuinely deliver yet, we'll tell you. That's more useful to you than a bigger quote.

Not sure which of these you actually need?

That's what the assessment is for. We'll look at where you stand and tell you which piece would make the biggest difference first — no charge, no obligation.
