Your business is good. Your online presence should show it.
AVR Growth helps small and growing UK businesses turn a weak, outdated or missing online presence into a system that brings in more of the right enquiries — with a proper website at the centre of it, built so people can find you, understand what you do, and get in touch.
No obligation, no jargon — just a straight look at where you stand and what would move the needle.
01
Assess
Where you stand today
02
Vision
Where you want to get to
03
Results
What actually moves the needle
The AVR Method
Assess. Vision. Results.
Most businesses don't need more digital services. They need a clear direction and work that actually pays for itself. That's what the three stages of AVR are for.
01
Assess
We start with where you actually are — not where a sales pitch assumes you are. We look at your website, your visibility on Google, how clearly your services come across, and where potential customers are dropping off before they ever get in touch.
Current website and online presence review
Search visibility and competitor context
Where enquiries are being lost
02
Vision
Next we agree on where the business is trying to get to, and what has to change to get there. That gives every decision a reason behind it — so you're not paying for work that looks busy but moves nothing.
A clear picture of your ideal customer
Prioritised opportunities, not a wish list
A plan you can understand without a technical background
03
Results
Then we build it — and keep measuring it. Websites, search visibility and structured content put in place properly, then improved over time based on how people actually behave and how many genuine enquiries come through.
Practical build, not theory
Measurable outcomes over vanity metrics
Ongoing improvement as the business grows
What we do
A proper website, set up to bring you work
We build you a proper website and get your online presence set up properly — that's what we do right now. Broader growth work is where we're heading, and we'll say plainly when it's ready.
Service 01
Website Development
A website isn't decoration — it's the first real impression most potential customers will have of your business, and it's usually the last thing they see before they decide to call you or not.
We build professional, mobile-first websites designed to turn visitors into enquiries — sites that make it obvious what you do, show that you can be trusted, and give people a clear next step. Everything is structured properly from the start, so the foundations are in place for whatever you do next.

Where we're honest about it
Today, we're at our best building websites and getting those foundations right. The two services alongside are where we're heading — not things we'll pretend to be experts in before we are.
Your business might be good. Your online presence doesn't show it.
It's rarely one dramatic thing that's costing you work. It's a handful of small gaps that add up — and every one of them is happening quietly, while you're busy doing the job.
What a proper growth assessment looks at
No charge, no obligation. If your online presence is already doing its job, we'll tell you that too.
Customers search, find nothing credible, and go to a competitor by default.
An outdated site
It loads slowly, looks tired on mobile, and quietly undermines your credibility.
Invisible on Google
You're good at what you do, but you don't show up when people search for it.
Unclear services
Visitors can't quickly tell what you offer, who it's for, or what to do next.
Weak calls to action
People are interested — nothing makes it easy or obvious to get in touch.
No trust signals
Nothing reassures a first-time visitor that you're safe to choose.
Visits without enquiries
Traffic arrives and leaves. Interest never becomes a conversation.
Hard for AI to read
Your information isn't clear or consistent enough for modern search and AI tools to surface.
How it works
A straightforward process, start to finish
No drawn-out discovery phases and no twelve-page proposals. Five steps, each one with a clear purpose.
01
Assess your current position
A candid review of your website, your search visibility and how clearly your services come across to someone who's never heard of you.
02
Identify the opportunities
We separate the things that will genuinely bring in more work from the things that just look productive, and put them in priority order.
03
Build the right solution
If a website is the priority, we build it properly. If visibility is the gap, we fix the search foundations first. The order follows your business, not a package.
04
Optimise and measure
Once it's live we look at what's actually happening — where people arrive, where they drop off, and what turns a visit into an enquiry.
05
Improve over time
Small, consistent improvements compound. We keep refining as your market, your services and your customers change.
Simple pricing
One clear starting point
Most growing businesses we work with start here. You'll always know what you're paying before any work begins.

Website + Google Setup
A professional website built for your business, with the essentials to help local customers find and contact you.
AVR Growth is a young business, and we'd rather be straight with you than pretend otherwise. What we're confident doing today is building proper websites and getting the online presence around them set up correctly.
Beyond that, we're building towards ongoing search visibility, lead generation and broader growth work. We'll tell you plainly when something is core to what we do and when it's still ahead of us.
We help small and growing UK businesses improve how they come across online and how many enquiries that produces. In practice that means building high-quality websites, getting the search foundations right, structuring your content so modern search engines and AI tools can understand it, and then improving all of it over time.
What does AVR stand for?
Assess, Vision, Results. Assess where the business is now, define where it wants to get to, then build and measure what gets it there. It's the process we use on every project, and it's why we don't just sell services off a menu.
Is this just web design?
No. A website is usually the starting point, because it's the asset everything else depends on — but the point of the work is growth, not a new logo and a nicer colour scheme. You should end up with something that brings in more of the right enquiries.
If I already have a website, is this still worth doing?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — and we'll tell you which. Often an existing site is a reasonable foundation and the real gains are in how clearly it explains what you do, how easy it is to get in touch, and whether Google can actually read it properly. If a full rebuild genuinely isn't the right first move, we'd rather say so than sell you one.
How does AI search fit into this?
It's part of getting the basics right, not a separate service we sell you. AI assistants put more weight on information that's clear, consistent and well structured — which is exactly what a properly built website and a well-set-up Google presence give you. It's why we build the foundations properly in the first place. Nobody can guarantee how any AI tool will behave, so we don't make that promise.
Who do you work with?
Mostly small and growing service businesses across the UK — construction and renovation companies, trades, home improvement firms and professional local businesses. If your customers find you online and you're not getting enough of them, you're probably a good fit.
What happens in a growth assessment?
We look at your website (or the absence of one), how you currently appear on Google, how clearly your services are explained, and where potential customers are likely to be dropping off. You get a straight view of what's working, what isn't, and what we'd tackle first. There's no charge and no obligation to proceed.
Do I need a brand-new website to work with you?
Not always. Sometimes the existing site is a reasonable foundation and the bigger wins are in visibility, structure and conversion. If a rebuild genuinely isn't the right first move, we'll say so — we'd rather do the work that helps than the work that's easiest to sell.
